Payment Policy

My Speech Clinics can offer you affordable private rates, together with flexible payment options. For your convenience, payment is not required on the day of consultation or treatment. Accounts are forwarded to you at the end of the month and
we ask that you respond with payment within 7 days. Upon payment, stamped, signed and dated receipts will be forwarded
to you for health insurance claim and record. My Speech Clinics are registered with Medicare, Transport Accident Commission, Workcover and all private health insurers.

As private health insurance rebates vary from company to company, we encourage you to contact your private health provider for clarification. Contact our Practice Manager or your clinician for a full fee schedule and to discuss what funding options may be available to you.

Cancellation Policy

My Speech Clinics will be as flexible and considerate as possible in our bookings and expectation of your attendance,
as we hope you are to us. However, due to the 30-45 minute duration of our sessions and the waiting list of patients awaiting assessment and treatment, we ask for 24 hours notification of cancellation. Therefore, cancellations that are within 24 hours may attract the sessional fee for that time allocation.
